  • UV Decals

    - Our decals, no matter what you put them on, are water and UV resistant. They will not fade, or tear overtime.

    - We do recommend that any decal that is put on a washable item (such as a water bottle) - should be handwashed only to preserve the best quality!

  • Clothing

    - Our transfers keep their BEST color and quality when washed inside out and NOT dried on hot in the dryer.

    - We recommend either air drying or on LOW tumble (as long as inside out)

    - We do not recommend ironing or using any softener.

    - Cotton based items may also shrink if dried with heat, so save your transfer & your shirt size with air dry!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns due to the audience of customers that we have. We recommend that if you have accidently ordered the incorrect size, color, or item that you try to sell within your organization or event. Please reach out to us if this happens as we do provide discounts for the correct sized item to help offset the cost of reselling.

Please double check all sizes, color, and item quantities before cashing out.

We will provide refunds or credits under certain circumstances, but the customer must reach out within 10 business days (M-F) to inquire about a refund or credit and the reasoning behind it.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY

All online orders require payment upon purchase.

For custom or group orders, all invoices are to be paid within 14 days of when the order is placed. Emails are sent with invoice and ways to pay. We accept payment online or also via Venmo. 

All paid invoices after 14 days will accrue the following fees every Friday.

  • For orders totaling less than $150: $25/week
  • For orders totaling more than $150: $50/week

Failure to pay may result in collections or further legal action under the discretion of the owner of M5 Designs Maine. 

 TURN AROUND TIME

We can ship to ultimately anywhere within the United States. Shipping may vary depending on availability of products. Please note that if it says 5-7 days for shipping, that does not include production time so will be further out.

We encourage all customers to provide an email when checking out, as it will send you an email once your order has been fulfilled and packaged. We do our best to guarantee a 3-4 week turn around time, however, this is not always possible and sometimes we cannot make this happen.
